SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent through Birdie on behalf of golf simulator and indoor golf venues ("Operators") to their customers. By providing your mobile number to an Operator that uses Birdie, or by opting in to messages, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Birdie enables Operators to send transactional and service messages related to bookings — including booking confirmations, pre-session reminders, time-gated door-access unlock links, cancellation notices, and occasional account or re-engagement messages.

Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages when you book a session, create an account, or otherwise provide your mobile number to an Operator using Birdie. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity — for example, the bookings you make and the reminders tied to your sessions. Transactional messages (such as confirmations, reminders, and unlock links) are sent as needed to support your booking.

Opting Out

You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Note that opting out may prevent you from receiving transactional messages needed to complete or access a booking, such as door-access unlock links.

Carriers

Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and messaging data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Birdie does not sell mobile numbers, and message content is used only to provide the messaging service to Operators and their customers.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
